TERMS OF SERVICE

Orders

Orders can be placed Online at www.figgscatering.co.uk.

Orders are to be reviewed prior to purchase.

Orders will be taken as acceptance of Terms and Conditions.

Orders are subject to a minimum order value of £30.00. 

 All prices are based on cost at the time of order.   

 Prices are subject to variation in the event of changes of supplier costs.

 All menu descriptions will be adhered to wherever possible, subject to the availability of products and ingredients. In the event that a product or ingredient is not available a suitable alternative will be substituted where applicable.

 Allergens

Allergen information will be provided on your menu with your order on delivery.  Full Allergens Matrix can be provided upon request.

 Delivery Procedures

Orders will be delivered for the time/date agreed on order free of delivery charge within post code areas CV1 to CV8. Delivery charges may apply to orders outside of this area and will be advised.

Should circumstances outside of our control prevent this we will advise the client immediately and look to provide remedial action.

For food orders we reserve the right to deliver no more than 1 hour in advance of the requested delivery time on the day the order is required.

We recommend that food is consumed within 4 hours after delivery.

Payment 

Full payment is required at point of checkout.

 Invoices will be submitted upon delivery of order.

 All Payments are to be made payable to Figgs Catering via the online payment methods.

 Cancellation

Any cancellation made by the client must be notified to the company by telephone followed by a confirmation e-mail.

Orders must be cancelled by 10:00am 24hrs prior to delivery.  Cancellations received after this will be charged in full.

 Liability

We cannot accept liability for circumstances beyond our control which include, but are not limited to, flood, fire,

industrial action, power cuts etc. In such circumstance we will work with you to obtain a mutually satisfactory outcome

 Complaints Procedure

If you experience any problems whatsoever with an order, please speak to us immediately on receipt of the order and

we will do everything possible to rectify the situation straight away.
